2023 Budget Ratification
The Board of Directors adopted the 2023 Budget on 12/10/2022.
As a member, you have the right to review & veto the budget.
The Budget will be deemed approved by the owners unless a veto occurs (it takes 78 lots to veto).
If a veto occurs, the 2022 Budget remains in effect.
A copy of the budget will be included in the February 2023 newsletter which will be mailed/emailed to each member.

Snow Plowing
The roads will be plowed when we have a minimum of 4" of snow but may vary based on water content of snow.
Call resident, Bob Christensen, at 970-309-5709 if you'd like your driveway plowed. Quote available by request.
Trash Removal
Trash pickup is provided by Mountain Disposal with a pickup date of every fourth Wednesday.
Please contact them at 719-489-3456 to set up service.
They are located at 4421 Hwy 165, Colorado City
and their mailing address is PO Box 20230, Colorado City, CO 81019.
Electrical Service
San Isabel Electric Association is our electrical provider.
They can be reached at 800-279-SIEA (7432) or online at www.siea.com
Postal Service
A community cluster mailbox unit and individual mailboxes are located on Lascar Road near the intersection of I-25.
Please contact the association's Secretary/Treasurer to inquire if you already have an established mailbox.
We are serviced by the Rye Post Office at 8084 CO-165, Rye, CO.
Postal service for the ranch is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

A number of members have expressed an interest in forming a Firewise community.
